Website information
The website is for general information only. Service details, availability, timelines, pricing, and coverage may change or be updated after discussion.
Free Property Audit
The audit is free and non-binding. It is a practical review, not a legal, structural, valuation, or engineering report.
Ongoing management
Full property management is currently offered at 7.5% of monthly rent. Tenant placement is included when owners choose ongoing full management. Pricing can be updated in the future and should be confirmed in writing before service starts.
What is included
- Tenant placement, rent tracking, agreement support, inspections, repair coordination, society coordination, move-in / move-out support, and monthly updates.
- Vendor costs, government fees, stamp duty, registration fees, and specialist professional fees remain pass-through costs unless stated otherwise.
Owner responsibilities
Owners and users must provide accurate contact, property, ownership, tenant, and approval information. Owners must also provide funds for pass-through costs and timely responses for decisions that need owner approval.
No guaranteed outcome
We cannot guarantee a tenant, rent level, property condition, society approval, legal outcome, tax outcome, vendor timeline, or specific commercial result. We work to coordinate carefully and communicate clearly.
