No. Most of our owners are not in the city. We coordinate the audit with your tenant or building, and everything from there can happen remotely on WhatsApp until paperwork actually needs signatures.
Mainland Mumbai and the western suburbs — broadly Colaba to Borivali, and Sion to Powai. Outside those, ask us first; we'll be honest about whether we can help.
